English Saddle help...???

Although I mainly ride western now, I would still like to have an english saddle to do a bit of jumping in and just to mix it up. I have always experienced pain in my knees and ankles except in dressage saddles. I am going to be using endurance stirrups so that should help, but any good saddles where I can jump tiny (little x rails) fences in and do mostly trail and flat work?
Well, since I will be buying 2 saddles, I am looking under $800. Synthetic is perfectly fine with me!
I rode english consistently for about a year straight, and ride english every now and then now.
I'm thinking about a wintec VSD.

I definately think that an all purpose saddle with slightly straighter flaps, such as the wintec vsd or some of the collegiate models. All around your price range! And when riding on the flat, focus on keeping your ankles soft, and not so much on uber low heels (keep them just slightly lower).
